Starbucks to Offer John Lennon’s Music on iTunes
So here’s my deal. My lame computer crashed or well, sort of crashed but I’m pretty sure it’s fixed now. In big news since I’ve been MIA is that Starbucks yet again is cashing in on musical history by offering a digital music release card that will unlock John Lennon videos on iTunes. The 21 videos will be available for unlocking on December 4 and they’re priced fairly low at around $25. This is the first time ever that these videos will be available in digital format. It’s a big deal both to Lennon fans and to digital media.
The unlocking cards are being called “Collectibles” but I don’t know that I’d go that far. I’m sure Starbucks isn’t stopping at some arbitrary number of sales.
Tunes include songs like, Imagine (Legend version), Woman, Watching the Wheels, Happy Xmas (War is Over), Whatever Gets You Thru the Night, Give Peace a Chance, Beautiful Boy, Nobody told me, Cold Turkey, Power to the People, Working Class Hero, Working Class Hero (Anthology version), Borrowed Time, Slippin’ and Slidin’ and Stand By Me, and more.
See Starbucks for more details.

There must be something going around cause my computer crashed too. Well, I kind of tried something that caused it to crash; totally my fault.
Great idea for the iTunes. I know that lots of people would love to receive that as a stocking stuffer.

Hey! You’re still alive, lol.
Anyways, I would love to buy this, but I’m boycotting Starbucks. I guess I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Hey Jyle people would like this for Christmas — sorry about your computer.
Albert, hey. Well someone tried to break into my house — while I was there so I was spooked into not being able to work plus dealing with cops; then my computer died, sort of died? I don’t know what was up with it but I think I have it fixed now. Then Cedar got sick and my birthday was Sunday. All in all not the best week ever. Hopefully I’m back in work mode now.
Also, I know you’ll be shocked that I agree with you but I don’t do Starbucks either. Not even for Lennon. SB sucks. Blah.

Wow, that sounds like a horrible week. Hope everything’s good now : )
Gee, I never would have guessed that we would agree on the same thing. That’s just weird. I guess I’ll have to live without some digital Lennon.
