Help! Is Coming Soon
Is this the year of the Beatles? Everywhere I look — Beatles. Never before seen Beatles photos up for auction, the amazing looking Across the Universe, and now Help! coming to DVD.
Help!; corny, goof-ball, a bit off the charts plot wise? Yes, yes, and yes. But come on — you need the DVD in your collection. And on October 29th you can have it (or pre-order now even).

I think I should get this because yesterday Cedar says, “Can I tell you something?” As per usual I say “yes” and he says, “I hate Strawberry Fields Forever.” He used the word hate? I’m not sure this is my actual child anymore. I think if he saw this he might love the Beatles. Cedar loves wacky and Help! certainly encompasses that. To be fair, Cedar does put up with all my music pretty well and likes almost all of it. But still. Man.

mmmhmm…you know, I think you just gave me Marc’s Christmas Gift..
On a related note…My 7 year old was in the bathroom today, door closed and from that cloistered place I hear the strains of Donovan..and where he didn’t know the words he whistled the tune so it sounded something like this..
oh the call me mellow yellow, thats right

Poor kid. He has been twisted. Probably permanently.

Is it even a surprise that your kid is twisted? However that is a great story :) Donovan is pretty cool.
