55 Bands All In A Line…

Pop Quiz: I totally stole the title from a band I love. I changed it up a bit but if you know me and you know hippie tunes than you’ll know both the song it came from and the band that sang it.

Clues… the band was in my post from earlier today and the title is stolen from the very first line of the song.

Speaking of today’s earlier post: it was part of a group channel effort so I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss a beat. If you’re just climbing onto this party bus there were 55 great bands to discover chilling around the channel today.

What you may have missed:

Poor Bruce over at Our Digital Music was completely ignored by yours truly because he tricked me a bit by only counting to five. Still he’s got a stellar list of 5 Hot New Downloads From The UK that you NEED to know now so check it out.

Then we had the tricky in-the-know kids; these three stumped me completely. I had no clue who any of their 30 bands were…

• Brit Music Scene brought out, what else the rocking Brits in this great obscure list The Top 10 British Music Artists You Need To Discover Before You Die… Or They Do! — I’ll bet you don’t know them all; go see.
• Ear Sucker is great and here’s why. It completely caters to massive music loving blog readers. I can’t keep up. There’s new posts maybe every few minutes (ok, it’s not that extreme) but there are new posts all the time. If you aren’t reading this blog it’s a fair bet you’ve missed some news like The Top Ten Bands You Should Discover Today
• Oz Music Scene there’s nothing too new about the Oz girl stumping me; she’s good at it. However, I have learned a thing or two from her over the last few months and you should too by reading her list; 10 Aussie Artists To Discover

So why not check them out to see if you’re more music savvy than me? In fact why not leave them a comment and try to stump them. (for me).

Last up, Big Apple Music Scene was offering up hits about juicy apples.. wait, no… that’s not right! Actually in this case it was a cool list of Top 10 New York Bands You Should Discover. I liked this list because I actually knew some of the bands (read; not a total new music loser). You know a list about apples would be fly for autumn though.

LATE BUT HARD CORE ENTRY! Metal Martyr wanted to play but somehow there was a channel communication breakdown. Still I like last minute winning add-ons and you’ll enjoy this one too. As an added bonus for checking out our channel’s cool lists here is a nice jolly tune. Technically it’s not jolly at all lyric wise but the sound is. However, if it’s hippie stuff you’re after right this second sorry; some days I break from routine and put away the hippie tunes for a while. Today this is the band I had playing. Still good stuff though; take a listen…
